1 · Where We Ship

The United Kingdom and most of Europe. Orders leave our partner warehouses in Asia with trusted carriers, including the Cainiao network, who hand over to your local delivery service.

2 · Delivery Times & Costs

Working days, counted from dispatch:

3 · Dispatch

Usually within one to two working days. Bank holiday weekends and other busy spells may add a little time.

4 · Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. If it has not updated for several days, contact us and we will chase it.

5 · Customs

Nothing extra for most destinations. Switzerland may apply local customs or import charges, payable by the recipient; these are outside our control.

6 · Ways to Pay

Major debit and credit cards plus the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payment is taken on ordering; a confirmation email follows.

7 · Security

Payments run through encrypted, industry-standard providers. Card details never touch our servers.
