Here is what ELVION does with your personal information when you use elvion.com — what we collect, why, who sees it, and the control you keep. Short and honest.

1 · The Controller

ELVION runs elvion.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. Privacy questions go to contact@elvion.com.

2 · Information We Gather

Ordering or contacting us gives us your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and order details. Browsing sends us technical data — device type, browser, page navigation — that keeps the site working well. Card numbers are handled only by our payment providers; we never store them.

3 · What We Do With It

Process and deliver orders, keep you updated, answer questions, handle returns and refunds, and — with your consent only — send occasional product news. Anonymous aggregated data helps us improve the site.

4 · Our Legal Basis

Performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, legal obligations such as tax records, and — for marketing — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5 · Sharing

Only with partners who fulfil your order: payment processors, delivery carriers and the logistics services that bring parcels from our suppliers in Asia to your door, including the Cainiao carrier network. They use your data for that task alone. We never sell it.

6 · Outside the UK & EEA

Some fulfilment partners operate abroad, so data may be transferred internationally. We apply appropriate safeguards so it stays protected to an equivalent standard.

7 · How Long We Keep It

Only as long as needed for these purposes or required by law (order and invoice records for accounting, for example). Then it is securely deleted or anonymised.

8 · Cookies

Cookies remember your basket, keep you signed in and show us how the site is used. Manage or block them in your browser; some features may then not work fully.

9 · Your Rights
