Hello and welcome to ELVION. Before you buy, here is a plain-English summary of how our shop works and what applies when you order from elvion.com. Using the site or placing an order means you accept these terms.

1 · Who These Terms Apply To

Everyone who browses or buys at ELVION. They set out how the website may be used, how a purchase becomes a contract, and the responsibilities each side carries. Anything unclear? Email us before ordering and we will explain.

2 · How a Purchase Works

Your order is an offer to buy the goods in your basket. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is formed at the moment we dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — where stock is unavailable or a price was shown in error, for instance — and any money already paid is refunded in full.

3 · Prices & Paying

Prices appear in the checkout currency and include VAT where relevant. Should an obvious pricing mistake slip through, we will tell you before processing so you can continue or cancel. Payment is collected at the time of ordering via our secure providers.

4 · Getting Your Order

We ship to the United Kingdom and most of Europe. Estimated times and charges are on the Shipping & Payment page. They are estimates, not guarantees — the last mile is in the hands of independent carriers.

5 · Changing Your Mind

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, no reason required. See the Withdrawal & Cancellation page for the steps. Sealed items opened after delivery for hygiene reasons may be excluded.

6 · Returns & Refunds

If a product does not suit, our Refund Policy explains how to send it back and how we refund you. Please return goods in a resaleable state where possible.

7 · Fair Use of the Site

Use elvion.com lawfully, and never in a way that could harm the site, disrupt other users or infringe third-party rights. We may restrict or withdraw access where reasonably necessary.

8 · Content Ownership

Text, images, layout and graphics on this site belong to ELVION or are used with permission. Browsing is welcome; commercial copying or reuse needs our written consent.

9 · Our Responsibility

We stand behind our products and service and never exclude liability the law does not permit us to exclude. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by these terms.

10 · Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside.
